We finally got the chance to try Kebapçı Tamer, whose name we'd been hearing for a long time. The smell of butter that greets you as you walk in tells you immediately that you're in Bursa. Kebapçı Tamer's story is an interesting one, and the owner was running the place himself when we went. For a good İskender in a relaxed setting, Kebapçı Tamer is a fine option.
