Ondine
Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, is a very lively and enjoyable city. It's ambitious about seafood too.
Among the many options, our choice was Ondine. Of what we tried, the fish soup, the steak tartare, the mussels, the oysters and of course the lobster were all wonderful.
