Çanakkale Yalova Restaurant

Yalova Restaurant has been welcoming customers in central Çanakkale since 1940. It's no accident that Yalova is spoken of as one of the best fish restaurants in the country.

Being on the edge of the Dardanelles means the fish, the vegetables and the fruit are all fresh, natural and delicious.

Yalova's kitchen is both inventive and high-level. Different meze and flavours await, and there's a range of shellfish you won't find in many other places.

Rapana (sea snail) with sorrel and mushrooms, clams and oysters are flavours you won't come across everywhere.

The calamari we ate was the best we've had in a very long time. The rock red mullet we ordered was utterly fresh and magnificent. Leave room for the peynir helvası at the end.

Now in the hands of the third generation, Yalova continues to serve at a high level. With a branch on Bozcaada in the summer season too, a special experience awaits guests.
