Carlotta

Italian may be the most competitive cuisine in London. It is entirely possible to find Italian-standard cooking in the city's Italian restaurants. Carlotta on Marylebone High Street is one of London's good ones.
The freshly sliced prosciutto we had to start was magnificent. Among the mains, the fettuccine with white truffle and the pasta with crab and mussels in vodka sauce were wonderful. The desserts at Carlotta are superb too, so make sure you leave room — the hazelnut crème brûlée in particular was exquisite.
A lovely Italian in the pleasant Marylebone High Street area.
