Culinarium

Culinarium is a very pleasant place with a wonderful terrace, two minutes' walk from the centre of Datça. The terrace holds six or seven tables — small and likeable.
Deniz on the floor and Mehmet in the kitchen do wonderful work. The ravioli we tried to start were superb (porcini, Circassian and cheese). The grouper came with a wonderful white wine sauce, and the spinach alongside was exquisite. The special of the day — beef liver cooked with red wine and onions — was judged perfectly.
Culinarium is a very warm place, the cooking is at a high level, and the service is both friendly and professional. You can also find good wines from the Datça region here. Good value for what you get, and something we'd certainly recommend in Datça.
