Galatasaray Adası

Galatasaray Adası started serving food again this summer after a long break.
Open only to Galatasaray club members and their guests, the island is in our view the most special place in Istanbul.
The only island in the Bosphorus, it catches the breeze even on the hottest day and runs three or four degrees cooler than the city.
The restaurant that opened this year is run by the club itself. The food isn't magnificent, but it is above average. Either way, this special place in the middle of the Bosphorus sends its visitors away happy.
