Paraliaki Bebek

The room that served for years as Poseidon — and perhaps has the finest view in Bebek — is open again after all this time, under the Paraliaki name.

A brand of The Stay group, Paraliaki has opened its second restaurant in Bebek after Bodrum. Right on the water with a wonderful view, plain, unfussy decoration and an accomplished service team. The menu isn't very different from a classic fish restaurant, but the quality is high. Our only disappointment was expecting something more distinctive given the name, and finding a menu much like other fish restaurants. Even so, we left happy on view, service and flavour. And of the desserts, the kazandibi is reason enough to come back.
