Chef Erdal ADANA KEBAP

Chef Göktürk Erdal has been keeping his customers happy since 2016 with a quality he hasn't let slip.

Serving under the slogan 'you don't go to Adana to eat Adana', Erdal's Adana kebab is, as the name suggests, very good indeed. We'd particularly recommend the Fellah Adana if you go — it's plumper than a standard Adana and juicier inside.

Beyond the kebabs, all the meze were good; the çiğ köfte, içli köfte and liver were very fine. On our last visit the number of ocakbaşı restaurants on the Göktürk square had grown, but chef Erdal still stands out from the competition. Service and food quality have been at a high level for years.
