Franck Bistro
Franck Bistro is one of Istanbul's best-kept secrets. A French chef hosts just one group each evening. Whether you're two or ten, he cooks a menu made specially for you. With a Cordon Bleu background, Franck gives examples of French cooking on a menu built from local ingredients. Of what we tried, the flambéed ravioli with lamb, mushrooms and whisky sauce, the smoked salmon gravlax and the vanilla chocolate soufflé were all very good. Good food, a warm setting and certainly a wonderful experience.
