Norm Pizza
Norm is a four-table pizzeria that opened three months ago in Arnavutköy. Beyond pizza there are wonderful sandwiches (panuozzo) served in freshly baked bread.
This small, friendly place serves frighteningly good pizza. Because the team is small there can be the odd hiccup with orders. But we ate the best pizza we've had in Istanbul in a long time. Wonderful wood-fired pizzas and sandwiches made with semolina flour await you at Norm.
