Önder Ocakbaşı, whose praises we've been hearing a great deal lately, more than deserves them.
We ate one of the best Adana kebabs we've had in Istanbul. The lahmacun is wonderfully crisp and the mince is very well flavoured. Everything we tasted was very good.
Önder Usta, from Adana, opened his own place two years ago after working in various restaurants in Istanbul. Having recently moved to the site under BJK Plaza, he has reached another level.
For a good Adana satır kebab, Önder Ocakbaşı is one of the best options in Istanbul.
