Pekara Trpković

Börek is a shared treasure of the Balkans. The Bosnian version is the best known in Turkey, but Pekara Trpković in Belgrade, with a history going back to 1905, stands apart.

Worth trying in its cheese, minced meat, ham-and-cheese and spinach versions.

In the morning you should be prepared to queue at least half an hour, but this flavour is worth it.
