Ispartalı 1937
Ispartalı 1937 is in Şişli and, as the name suggests, serves the flavours of Isparta.
The şiş köfte served with soaked flatbread is very good, and the piyaz with tahini is excellent. We didn't get to try them, but by all accounts the pides are very good too. While you're there, we'd recommend trying kabune pilavı, particular to the Isparta region. Ispartalı 1937 is ambitious about its tahini-topped pumpkin dessert as well.
