Turkish Airlines' CIP lounge at Istanbul Airport is a gourmet paradise.
The mantı may be the best in Istanbul, and the pides are properly crisp. Different dishes are served depending on when you go, and much of it is cooked fresh in front of you.
On one side there are world flavours, a wide range of meze and desserts, and wonderful barista-made coffee.
This is certainly one of the best lounges in the world — a reason in itself to get to the airport early.
