A menu that reinterprets Turkish cooking with small touches, quality service and a lovely view (if there's no ship at the quay when you go) await you.
When we went for lunch the olive-oil vegetable dishes and the salad plate were very good. Among the mains, the köfte stuffed with Birecik aubergine, and for dessert the semolina-milk pudding with forest fruits and the Turkish-coffee affogato, were all excellent.
If you manage to go on a day without a ship in port, you can have one of the most enjoyable experiences in Istanbul.
