Lale Lokantası
Lale Lokantası has been serving since 1970 in Hasköy, on the street opposite the Rahmi Koç Museum.
For any business, staying open in Istanbul for more than fifty years is no easy thing.
With a broad menu of classic and seasonal dishes, Lale is a classic but accomplished esnaf lokanta. The tandır and the döner in particular are very good. Of the things we tried, the kelle paça soup, the iç pilav, the beğendi and the kadayıf-topped muhallebi were all excellent too.
