Offal isn't something to eat just anywhere, but Fetih İşkembe in Balat has been serving customers reliably for over fifty years. The menu is entirely offal: from soups to işkembe, trotters, tuzlama and şırdan.
If you like it, we'd also recommend the kelle and the kokoreç (you can order a half kelle and a small kokoreç).
On weekdays some items can run out after midday, so it's worth getting there before noon.
