Step inside the Cağaloğlu hamam and an oasis of flavour greets you. We love bold chefs who bring new touches to Turkish cooking, and Lokanta 1741 is a fine example of that movement.
The food, service, atmosphere, cocktails and presentation are all faultless. One of the important addresses in Istanbul for a special occasion.
In good weather the terrace in particular is a pleasure. The cocktail list and its presentation are magnificent too.
