Madam Niça
After Bozcaada, Madam Niça now also serves in Istanbul, on the terrace floor of the Artisan hotel in Gümüşsuyu. With a superb 270-degree view of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara, the food is very good. Our favourites were the liver, the Madam Niça börek made with baklava pastry, the sweetbreads in cognac and the beef cheek. The cocktails are very good too, though the service needs to improve a little.
