Mahir Lokantası in Osmanbey never falls off the list of Istanbul's best lahmacun.

It absolutely deserves the praise on lahmacun, but remembering Mahir only for that would be a little unfair.

The sour-stuffed vine leaves, the stuffed ribs and the crisp kadayıf are legendary too. The stews that come out at lunchtime are very good as well.
