Les Halles Paul Bocuse - Lyon

Paul Bocuse holds such an important place in Lyon's cooking that the city's gastronomic market, Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, honours his name.
It's a market where you can taste different things, sit and eat, or buy. Inside there are dozens of options, from charcuterie to fishmongers, patisseries to local specialities.
Among all those options our choice was Chez Les Gones. Beyond the classic Lyonnaise menu it includes French classics such as oysters, snails and charcuterie.
With its warm atmosphere, wonderful flavours and likeable team, it was the busiest spot in Les Halles. If you can find a place at the bar rather than a table, the experience is far more enjoyable.
