MSA'nın Restoranı

The Culinary Arts Academy (MSA) has been a lifeline for Turkish cooking through the chefs it has trained over the years.
Its restaurant sits inside the Sakıp Sabancı Museum in Emirgan — one of the most special spots in Istanbul. A wonderful room, with a magnificent view.
The menu is international, the sushi is very good, and of what we tried the Café de Paris steak, the tuna tartare, the kale salad with parmesan and the pad thai were all very fine.
This restaurant, where the talents of MSA's chefs and students are shown together, has become a place of high standards on both atmosphere and flavour.
