Ortaköy Kuru Fasulyecisi is a place we try to make our way to whenever we can. This little room on Ortaköy Dereboyu has been welcoming guests with an unchanging menu for years.
The beans, brought from Erzurum and prepared Çayeli style, are legendary. But the Ottoman soup and the köfte on the menu are wonderful too. Order yoghurt and it arrives at your table set, cut into a block. At the end of your meal, we'd recommend the baked rice pudding topped with hazelnuts.
