Zoka
Those who know Zoka know it from Kaş. They've carried similar flavours to the new place they've opened in Nişantaşı, Istanbul.
We chose the tasting menu so as not to leave wondering. Zoka is a good option for different, well-considered experiences.
Of what we tried, the Jerusalem artichoke soup with a salt-cured bonito sauce, the sea bass gravlax, the keşkek with beef tongue and the milk ice cream were all very good.
