Zaaf İstanbul

Zaaf had been serving quietly at its Ortaköy site for more than a year when it drew attention — first with the place it opened inside Bodrum's Plevneli this summer, then by entering the Michelin guide.
This is chef Aras Çetin's kitchen, welcoming guests at a spot in Ortaköy that doesn't draw much notice.
Of what we tried, the lamb tandır with freekeh risotto, the crisp börek with truffle and honey, the grilled Yedikule lettuce and the tiramisu were all very good.
Zaaf is one of the places to visit for a fine dining experience.
